Policies & Payment Terms
The information below summarizes NCI's payment and enrollment policies. Your signed enrollment agreement and NCI's official school policies contain the complete terms that apply to your program.
Agreement to Pay
Students agree to follow their approved payment schedule and make payments by the applicable due dates.
Late Payments
A $75 late fee may apply to late payments. Access to classes or services may be restricted until an account becomes current, subject to NCI policy.
Default of Payment Plan
Failure to meet payment obligations may result in cancellation of the payment plan, program suspension, withholding of applicable school records, or collection activity as permitted by applicable policy and law.
Non-Refundable Fees
Certain registration, material, examination, or other identified fees may be non-refundable.
Withdrawal & Refund Policy
Any applicable refund following withdrawal will be determined according to NCI's official refund policy.
Changes to Payment Plans
Changes must be requested and approved by the appropriate NCI office.
Deposit Policy
NCI may require a deposit to reserve enrollment in a program. The finalized deposit policy will state the required deposit amount, the payment deadline, accepted payment methods, whether the deposit is refundable, how it is applied toward tuition, rescheduling rules, and any exceptions.
